Meet the Founder – Brandon Villneauve
With a passion for rebuilding and utilizing the latest tools and technology, Brandon Villneauve is the CEO & Founder at Hammer Roofing & Restoration Inc. Brandon is a Florida Licensed Roofing Contractor and has over 30 years of experience in residential and commercial construction, roofing, and storm damage restoration throughout the U.S. and Puerto Rico.
Brandon launched Hammer Roofing to help homeowners, commercial property owners, property managers, HOAs and businesses with roofing replacements, installations and repairs whether due to old age, wear and tear or storm damage. The Hammer team excels at educating property owners on material options and warranties prior to selection, as well as detailed communications and updates throughout the project.
Committed to giving back and reducing the skilled labor shortage while creating a highly skilled workforce, Brandon launched the Florida Roofing & Solar Institute (FRSI) in 2023 to create new generations of highly trained roofing professionals. FRSI is a 501c3 nonprofit headquartered in Florida that provides advanced training and mentorship programs to youth and adults interested in a lucrative career in roofing and restoration.
A product of great mentors and advanced training, Brandon spearheaded his career in construction back in 1997 with an in depth apprenticeship at one of the largest roofing companies in the country. After a successful career working on homes and large commercial projects including grocery store chains, retail stores, malls, hospitals, corporations, and government complexes, to name a few, Brandon launched Hammer Roofing to help residential and commercial property owners with roofing, siding, gutters and storm damage restoration repairs. Brandon has worked with public adjusters, engineers, architects, attorneys, and numerous insurance companies throughout the nation on a variety of roofing and restoration projects. Brandon is Xactimate Certified and is a proud member of the National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA), the Florida Roofing & Sheet Metal Contractors Association (FRSA), and the Florida Roofing & Solar Institute (FRSI). Brandon studied Business Administration at the University of Minnesota.
